These terms are between you and Chatoyant Technologies, which develops and distributes Edgewise. By using the app you accept them. Your purchase and download are also governed by Apple's App Store terms.
What you may do
You get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use Edgewise on devices you own or control, for as long as these terms are observed. You may not resell, rent out, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Your Cloudflare account
Edgewise acts on your Cloudflare account with the access you grant it. You remain responsible for that account and for what is done through it, including changes made from this app. Your use of Cloudflare remains subject to your agreement with Cloudflare.
Changes take effect on live infrastructure. Editing or deleting a DNS record, or purging cache, can take a website or email offline. The app asks for confirmation on destructive actions, but the decision is yours. Check what you are changing before you confirm it.
Availability
Edgewise depends on Cloudflare's API. If Cloudflare changes, restricts, or withdraws that API, parts of the app may stop working, and there may be nothing we can do about it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is the case, this exclusion applies only so far as the law permits.
Liability
So far as the law permits, Chatoyant Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of service availability, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above will change with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
